Miriam Zedelius, born in 1977 in Heidelberg, studied graphic design and book art in Leipzig, Halle and Granada (Spain). After her degree, she founded a screen-printing studio community and has been working as an illustrator and designer since. She has received multiple awards for her works. At the moment, she mainly illustrates picture books and also more and more often writes herself. Miriam Zedelius has three children and lives in Leipzig.
