Author

Born in Coimbra, Portugal, and raised in Switzerland, Katja Alves belongs to the most renowned Swiss children’s books authors. She worked as a bookseller, game developer, broadcasting editor, columnist, and editor. Today, she mostly writes audio dramas and children’s books. Katja Alves lives and works in Zürich.


Illustrator

Jutta Wetzel was raised in southern Germany and studied children’s books illustration in Hamburg. In the beginning, she worked as a graphic designer in advertising agencies and a children’s museum in the US, but ultimately decided on freelancing. She has been illustrating various projects since, both on national and international. She lives with her family close to Bonn.
