Juli is hopping through the park. First, to the seesaw, then to the – uh-oh! The tree is gone! Juli looks for it everywhere and finally finds it hiding in her bed. The tree has had enough! But where’s the blackbird supposed to build its nest? Where’s the bat going to sleep? No problem, Juli can stand in while the tree takes a break. But the tree is not coming back and soon she realises that having to carry all the responsibility alone is indeed not that great. She has to come up with a plan to fix the situation ….

Anna Lott, born in 1975 in the region of Münster, is a trained journalist, screenwriter, clown, and organic horticulturist. When she’s not making up stories or reading to children, she likes going for a walk in the forest and marvels at and laughs about the many small wonders that can be discovered there.
Andrea Ringli is a freelance illustrator, who lives with her family in Zürich. She studied graphic design at the Lucerne School of Art and Design before publishing her first picture book in 2014.
